Madison E. Baric

Madison E. Baric is an associate attorney at Robb Leonard Mulvihill. Ms. Baric received her Bachelor of Arts from Allegheny College in Political Science and Communication Arts with a focus in Law and Policy. While attending Allegheny College, Ms. Baric wrote her Senior Comprehension Project on comparative litigation strategies in school desegregation cases in the United States and the Czech Republic.

Ms. Baric received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Baric was Phi Alpha Delta President, a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board, and a member of the Justice Louis L. Manderino Honor Society, for excellence in courtroom advocacy. Ms. Baric was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Corporations and her appellate moot court team won the award for Best Brief in the National Telecommunications Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C. 

During law school, Ms. Baric participated in the Duquesne University School of Law Family Law Clinic, where she gained experience drafting and arguing motions in the Allegheny County Family Division as a Certified Legal Intern. Ms. Baric received gainful experience in civil litigation by participating in the clerkship program offered by Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP. She transitioned from clerkship upon admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.

Ms. Baric focuses her practice on Business Law and Litigation, Employment Law, Civil Rights Law, Complex Insurance Coverage Litigation, Extra Contractual Insurance & Litigation and General Civil Litigation.
